The Manse is beautiful and the place is magical and you can rest and relax in peace. Chef Chris prepares mouth watering food personally we recommend 1/2 & 1/2 large platters from the menu and Kathleen is so sweet and lovely.We wish them a happy birth to their first son.Thank you.J M Seweryn.

We had a wonderful vacation at The Manse!Our room was not huge but spotless and very pretty. It is so well equipped with beautiful towels and bathrobes.The pool and hot tub are just a dream and the ambience is incredible!Fabulous breakfast! You couldn't ask for a better location!The hosts really make you feel at home and very well-looked after!

Our first visit to Prince Edward County and we found this gem for our accommodation. Lucky us. The new managers, Megan and Max, were welcoming and helpful. Max is an outstanding chef who takes great pride in his work (the breakfasts were beautiful and scrumptious). The property is beautifully restored and I can’t imagine a better location from which to explore the area. The spa showers were quite a treat too.

My wife and I stayed for a weekend in June. The building is magnificent. Though some reconstruction work was going on, it did not interfere with our stay. The room was comfy and clean. While the building was great, our hosts Kathleen and Chris really made the experience worthwhile. This couple is friendly, and down to earth. Chris is a masterful cook and prepared a truly awesome breakfast including his signature smoked bacon. Kathleen was a tremendous host, she is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic local guide who wants to ensure all guests are comfortable and well taken care of. The amenities are lovely (pool, hot tub, fire pit and seating areas). Wewould recommend this place to anyone looking for an oasis in Picton!

I brought my mother for a stay at the Manse on Mother's Day weekend. What a treat! It was absolutely beautiful! The building is amazing, the grounds are so well kept and the hosts, Max & Megan went out of their way to ensure that we were not only comfortable but felt special! The food was incredible, hats off to the amazing chef! Can't wait to go back!

We stayed for two nights during our honeymoon. The room (suite 6) was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. The property itself is peaceful and relaxing and very pretty/well maintained. Meghan and Max were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Breakfasts were next level - we were blown away!!! Location was great - very easy to get into downtown Picton.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in August. It was a fabulous stay - beautiful rooms, extremely clean, great service from Chris (congrats on the baby!) - just an all around amazing place. We sat outside for breakfast both days by the pond, breakfast was far from your standard hotel breakfast, it was delicious. The hot tub and pool area are lovely and it makes you feel like you’re in a different country. Walking distance to downtown Picton and a short drive to a ton of wineries. I would highly recommend staying here, what a treat.

The County food scene is currently ablaze, with high-profile T.O. chefs like Jamie Kennedy, Albert Ponzo, and Alexandra Fenwick making the area home. The Toronto-fication of PEC accommodations is also trending, and the choice for visitors continues to improve year-over-year. What used to be hit-or-miss is now embarrassingly plentiful, and second-rate experiences are far in the rearview mirror.The Manse Inn, located steps from busy Main St in Picton, Ontario, is an oasis with earnest service, outstanding design and comfort, and a sophisticated food program. Visitors can expect a luxurious, spa-like pool and hot tub patio, with food and beverage service from hosts Maddy Revoy and Megan Fitzpatrick. Executive chef Max Dellamore, late of Elma, Hillside and Liquidity Bistro in British Columbia, brings a capable and skillful hand to the Manse kitchen. His deft touch and innovative touch are both comforting and revelatory.A small but lavish breakfast menu is included with your nightly stay. Recent offerings included Max’s signature Pain Perdu or confit duck-grilled cheese and sunny side egg. Both were extravagantly rich and filling: a perfect start to a day spent exploring the county.Be sure to work up an appetite for dinner, as Max flexes his impressive muscles with house-made gnocchi and brown butter, or handmade tagliatelle and short rib with a to-die-for mushroom reduction. Toothsome and impossibly complex, his dishes are rich without becoming unctuous. Much thought and execution go into Dellamore’s menu. This is a chef worth keeping an eye on, and if you’re wise enough to book a stay at the Manse, you should include the 3-course dinner service.Although the newly installed hospitality team has been in place only since February, the execution, with very few bumps, is progressing beautifully. The small 8-room property deserves to be filled and won’t be long before word spreads of this splendid property in PEC.

Just back from a wonderful weekend at The Manse. It's such a beautiful spot for a getaway and Kathleen and Chris were amazing hosts! They're so warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Chris is a great chef and we loved every meal he prepared for us. The food was delicious and you could tell that it was put together with love and attention. Once you've stayed at The Manse, you won't want to stay anywhere else in Prince Edward County. We can't wait to come back. Thanks again! Lauren and Cathal.

What an amazing place. Had the most beautiful time here. Gorgeous grounds, beautiful rooms, and Megan and Max were incredible. We enjoyed some amazing drinks and food as well. Will absolutely visit again!
