Nice relaxing little place! The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and comfortable! Nothing much to do here but a good getaway to relax! I was hoping that the trail would be longer but its really just around the hostel! The food was ok! A bit costly but its normal for these type of location! Only complain was to slow service at the restaurant took forever to bring the meal and as long just to get the bill!

I loved the location and the views. The jacuzzi bath is great. The heating in my room was not working. We therefore were very cold after it suddenly stopped working in the dead of night. The tv remote hardly worked and you had no clue how to make selections or browse the menu or programming. The service was ok. The breakfast offered was ok but could use some more quality such as not only broiled commercial grade eggs. The bacon was hardly chewable. The waitress was hard to catch despite the restaurant not being at full capacity, not even close.

Deluxe suite was on first floor. No view. Rooms are dated. Food had been prepared in advance and reheated : Burnt wapiti steak and uncooked scallops. Was supposed to eat 2 nights in a row but will be driving out to avoid a 2nd experience at the hotel’s restaurant.

Went for a group lunch, we were 10 people. The view is incredible dispite the room in itself looking a little outdated. There weren’t enough menus for all of us, like another person mentioned I guess they’re not used to larger groups.Food took a while to come out and also because there was only one waitress. Despite that she was very attentive and overall service was good.The food in itself was very good. The burger is good along with the appetizers and nachos. The fries seem to be frozen ones... they were hot at least and crispy but I’d say for the price it’s a bit expensive for what you get.

My first time on top of a mountain, the view was magnificent, if you want to relax and have a good spa experience plus sleep peacefully, this is the place for you.

It’s super nice view for sightseeing and photo. Nice place for wedding and private event. We were there for a wedding, food and and service is ok, nothing to complain or saying bad about it. My friends told me the rooms were clean and room service was good.

Service was fine, Food ok (while it would have been nice to have a coffee refill at least once during breakfast), room was plain and simple dirty, the bathroom vent was almost clogged with dust, floor had pubic hair from previous guests, mirrors dirty, hair blower compartment had tons of hair in it... really deceiving this was our 4th visit and probably the last.

It was dirty (used flossing brush on the drawers in the room when I checked in, bits of chips underneath the room table, dirty glasses and empty beer cans on the floor in the common area that stayed there for 3 days, pieces of dried fruits on the floor), horrible service (long, wrong plates, unkind), the staff doesn't follow covid guidelines (masks worn under their chin) and way too expensive for what they offered. Plus, you had to pay extra for a bunch of things (specific entrees, main courses and desserts, but also the pool table in the basement).I do not recommend anyone to ever stay there. Super overpriced and overrated.

Amazing experience!The rooms are clean and cozy,The view is breathtaking,The gardens and hiking trails are lovely .The food is wonderful.I have been numerous times since 2006, we honeymooned here in 2007.We will likely be back in 2017.
